I have spent the past 40 years figure out what works for me and the past 30 years figuring out what actually works others. Importantly, the last 15 years focus on men over 35 living real lives.

I have played premier and state rugby as well as competing as a bodybuilder and crowd ultra fit champion in 2007.

I’ve dealt with ulcerative colitis. I’ve managed my knees through a career’s worth of heavy contact sport. I stopped squatting, benching and deadlifting heavy years ago — and my body is better for it. So I understand working through adversity. 

I have trained extensively with coaches and Institutes around the world and in 2019 was recognised by Charles Poliquin as one of the Top 40 Coaches in the World. I hold specialised qualifications in Exercise Science and Golf. But what matters more than credentials is that I’ve spent three decades figuring out what actually work in the real world. Not just a textbook or lab.
