The Longevity Project is a 90 Day Challenge designed to build the Healthy Habits that will enable us to Live a Leaner, Stronger and Ultimately Longer Life. 

Age is a culmination of everything you have done in your life. The Healthy the Habits, the younger you will look and feel, along with the younger your Biological Age will be. I have meet a number of 30 year old who look like they are 50 while I have also meet a number of 50 year old who look like they are 30 and it all comes down to how they live their life. 

The Longevity Project is for this who want to look and feel their best into their 40’s, 50’s and beyond. It includes training and nutrition along with lifestyle and mindset to ensure a well rounded approach to Longevity. 

The training programs come in a three different levels to accomodate peoples varying experience but other than that the program is the same for everyone based on the Science of Longevity and what has proven to help people live their best lives.

Alcohol is limited to 6 drinks for men and three drinks for women. This will half in the second month and the third month is zero alcohol. 

Coffee is limited to two cups a day between the hours of 10am and 12pm. Outside of this replace coffee with teas, mushroom elixirs and water. 

There is a water goal of 35ml per kg of bodyweight. So 100kg person would need to drink 3.5 litres of water a day. 

The diet you will be required to follow is one of low carbs to balance your insulin levels, plenty of vegetables/salad and a protein goal of bodyweight in kg x 2.2. This will be explained in detail before you start the challenge. 

Sleep is a crucial component for overall health. The challenge is to wake within 30 min of the same time each morning and obtain 7 hours of sleep each night. Failure to get 7 hours requires a 20 min nap anytime between 10am and 3pm the next day. 

Each day you are to read 10 pages of a book or listen to 1 hour of an educational podcast / audiobook. 

Each day you are required to complete either one of the following:

  • 1 to 3 minutes of Cold Therapy
  • 3 to 10 minutes of Breathe Work
  • 10 to 20 minutes of Meditation
  • 10 to 20 minutes of PEMF/ Red Light Therapy
  • 20 to 30 minutes Sauna
  • 30 to 60 minutes Massage

Training is 45min seven days week. Yes, every day but it is split up between resistance training (weights or bodyweight and bands)  4 x a week and cardio 3 x a week. 

There are set programs for the resistance training but the cardio is up to you as long as you sustain a heart rate above 110bpm for the session. This could be a bike ride, circuit class, power walk, jog, run or an anything else that you like. Make hit challenging but keep it fun. 

Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis.

Each month you have a total daily steps goal.

Month One = 8000 steps per day

Month Two = 10 000 steps per day

 Month Three = 12 000 steps per day

Each day you are required to complete a stretch / mobility / yoga session. This can be added onto the end of any other session or done separately. 

Month One: 10 min each day.

Month Two: 15 min each day.

Month Three: 20 min each day.

Train in the gym or at home with the use of the CMW Complete Band System.
