With the advances in technology and apps, Online Coaching is definitely the way forward. It allows you to learn so much more than is possible with 1:1 or group coaching while having regular check ins still gives you the motivation and accountability to ensure you get the best results possible. 

I have two potential courses to choose from depending on your goals. 

First is Live: Leaner, Stronger, Longer for those over 35 due to the fact that we need to train smarter, rather than harder as we age and our goals also change so you need a program that aligns with this. 

Secondly is Golf Health & Performance. I have always been passionate about training athletes and since getting older myself my passion has gone full swing you can say into golf. As such I have dedicated my studies and time into developing the most comprehensive Health and Performance program for Golf that will enable you to look your best both on and off the course.

WHAT IS INVOLVED

ASSESSMENT

I all starts with an initial consultation where I can determine exactly where you are at and where you want to be.

From there I am able to match you up with the right program, ensuring it is enjoyable yet challenging and progresses at the right pace for you to ensure ongoing success. 

PROGRAMMING

Programs are all designed by me specific to your goals of either Living learner, stronger and longer or Improving your Golfing Health and Performance. They are delivered in my comprehensive training app that includes detailed descriptions of what to do each session along with videos showing you correct technique so you know exactly what to do. 

NUTRITION

Nutrition as I am sure you are well aware is crucial for getting results and we will go over everything you need to eat in order to succeed. From an initial personalised plan to ongoing education about what to eat and why along with how to adjust both calories and macros you go. 

EDUCATION

The educational side of things is where online coaching truly excels and one of the big reasons it is far superior to out dated Personal Training. Gone are the 1:1 sessions where the trainer spends most of the time telling you about their weekend and instead you get the most comprehensive video educational course that will see you far exceed most personal training in knowing exactly how to train and why. I also cover nutrition, lifestyle and mindset. It is about teaching you how to train, eat and live in a manner that will ensure success as opposed to simply pushing you through a session. 

Check INS

There are weekly check ins and regular video catch ups through the program to ensure you stay on track, motivated and all questions are answered to give you the confidence to know you are on track to achieve your results. Clear communication equates to clarity and confidence. You will know exactly what is needed to be done at every stage of the journey and why.
