Every 42 Days, you’ll complete two structured 3-week training blocks, supported by proven nutrition, daily mindset habits, and coaching designed specifically for men whose bodies, hormones, and responsibilities have changed.

This is where high-achieving men come to level up physically, mentally, and personally—so they can lead from the front.

In the first 42 days you will have improved your health, feel better, have more energy, increased mental clarity and productivity along with being able to enjoy life, and your family and friends to the fullest. 

In the second phase you will have the foundation, confidence and healthy body capable of stepping up and taking on new challenges. The training and nutrition will pick up but so will the results. Results that you can really see! Results that you can be proud of and that will flow into ever aspect of your life. 

From here every 6 week is periodised for optimal performance and results!

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES

You must train each day and ensure each of the training days are completed by the end of the week. You can mix and match days to suit your week. 

Nutritional Guidelines are provided including counting calories for a set period of time. Yes, this can be tedious but there is no guessing and nutrition is key to your results so this must be adhered to. 

35ml of water/non sweetened tea per day.

Limit sugary drinks, alcohol and caffeine. 

15 minutes a day dedicated to Journalling, filling in a Grateful Log and Planning your next day. 

10 Minutes of meditation, breath work and stretching each day to ensure you manage the stress each day throws at us and come out on top. 

A strong focus on sleep with the goal to get 7 hours each night. With sleep being a key factor in how we look and feel you will receive and number of resources to help you with this. 

THE CHALLENGES

These challenges are for you and you only. They are not compulsory and don’t need to be done but I highly recommend you do them as it will allow you to see how you improve over time. 

They include everything for strength, body composition, mobility and fitness. All the parameter that contribute to overall health as well as Longevity and the ability to live your best life. 

The goal is to test yourself at the start and then again every 6 weeks. 

I have included levels of what I believe to either be a pass score for the likes of mobility or what is Level 1, 2, 3 for strength, fitness and even bodyfat % should you choose to go and do a Dexa. Note: InBody, Evolts are highly inaccurate and do not count. Even Skinfolds Calipers are not great as 99% of practitioners are terribly inaccurate and therefore your results will also be inaccurate. 

See if you can reach a Level 1 for most within the first 6 weeks, Level 2 after the next 6 weeks and Level 3 after the final 18 week block of training. If you manage to reach Level 3 for 80% of the challenges then you will truely be Elite!

There are a few ways we look at this 

  1. Measurements 
  2. Photos
  3. Waist to Height Ratios
  4. BodyFat measured by a DEXA scan. Note: Only a DEXA counts as nothing else is accurate. 

We test your balance for both the left and right side of the body. 

Moving well is crucial and there are a couple of key areas that we test including hips and quads, Chest and Shoulders, as well as Hamstrings, calves and Lower Back. 

Testing is more strength endurance and geared around your bodyweight than pure strength as:

  1. It is more relevant
  2. It is safer with less chance of injury

You have the option to test Deadlift, Squat (including variations of both of these if you prefer), Chin Up, Push Up, Dips, Sit Ups, Leg Raises

Speed is tested over short periods while your ability to jump to certain box heights is one of the best ways to test your power output. 

A great way to ensure a good Vo2Max Score which is directly linked to longevity. This includes both running and rowing which are great tests for endurance.

STILL NOT SURE? 

The program starts relatively easily and the intensity is determined by how heavy you lift so even if you are a beginner you will be fine. If you are experienced it will seem like a deload and probably do you good. You need to apply progressive overload (so increase what you do each week) and the programs get more challenging every two weeks. It will challenge you but you will love that.

The only failure is not giving it a go. You get to rate how you went at the end of each week and the goal is to be hitting 100% by the end of the six weeks. It’s not where you start that counts, it is where you finish!

Then when? In reality, NOW is the perfect time. You just need to prioritise you. The only “time” you need is the time set aside for training. If you can’t find 60 min a day to prioritise yourself then you need to really sort you shit out. You can not be who you want to be for and to those around you if you can not help yourself first become the best version of you.

This is not just a 42 day blitz but and ongoing project to help you transform your life. The focus is on the first 42 days to get you started and not be overwhelmed with a huge commitment. This is the foundation phase. You will FEEL a massive difference after the first six weeks.
We then move to the actual Performance phase where those great habits you have built start to really pay off and we pick up the intensity of  both the training and nutrition. This is when you start to SEE a huge difference. You can opt out of this but I am sure once you start and realise how good you are looking and feeling you will want to continue. From there the education is complete and you will have everything you need to excel so we transition to the Power Phase where you get 18 weeks of training programs to help you be the fittest and strongest you have ever been. 

No. YOU determine how hard you go. I have over 40 years of training experience and have trained with my clients as they do these programs. If anything I die more than they do as I am lifting a lot heavier but sticking to the TEMPO’s and rest periods makes it evry challenging. Also, I hadn’t trained like this for a while so any change is great both for the brain and body.

A change = a challenge. 

Don’t stress. While you may not be able to do the workout designed for that day there are home based training programs you can do instead. Some with basic equipment and some using bodyweight only so no excuses.
