I’ve spent over 30 years coaching and more than 40 years training, working with everyone from everyday professionals to elite athletes.

I’ve studied Exercise Science, worked alongside professional sporting teams, and was mentored by Charles Poliquin, who recognised me as one of the Top 40 Coaches in the World and my original gym as one of the Top 7 Independent Gyms globally.

But credentials only matter if they translate into results, and that’s where my focus has always been.

I have spent over 30 years learning how to help people be the best they can possibly be. From working as a PT, and owning several studios and a large gym, nothing makes me happier than seeing others succeed in life. 

This is my focus and whether it is in-person, online or through my Longevity Project and Golf Programs I make sure you get the best possible product to ensure you get results that will be life-changing. 

Why I Coach the Way I Do

Early in my life, I dealt with serious health challenges that forced me to take responsibility for my body, my lifestyle, and my long-term wellbeing.

That experience shaped everything that followed.

It taught me that:

  • Health is the foundation
  • Strength should support life, not break you down
  • Results must be sustainable, not seasonal

Over the years, I’ve learned that most men don’t fail because they lack effort. They fail because they are lacking the structure they need and following programs that don’t match their age, stress levels, injuries, or lifestyle.

My role is to remove that guesswork.

My Coaching Philosophy

Lasting results come from two non-negotiables:

Health and Structural Balance first and foremost. 

That means:

  • Eating enough of the right foods to fuel performance
  • Training in a way your body can actually recover from
  • Addressing alignment, movement quality, and injury history
  • Progressing intelligently, not emotionally

When those foundations are in place, fat loss, strength, and confidence follow naturally, and they last.

You can either choose the P42 Program which kicks off each month, or reach out about 1:1 Online Coaching vid the Contact Page. I will contact you within 24 hours to see if we are a good fit. 

No. The great thing is that every program and level of online training gives you detailed videos of each exercise and explains exactly how to do the program. 

All programs have been personally written by myself. They are all science and evidence based. Having trained for 40 years I have the unique ability to say he has done every program I have written and prescribed and yes, they work. 

One of the reasons I left my gym was having to have staff look after clients when I got too busy. When the senior coach told me “it’s just a job” I knew I had made the right decision. Now I get to take care of everyone. 

No. While the videos are all on the app you can print the programs and simply work from them if you prefer. 

The Online Coaching is personalised to you while P42 is tailored to Men over the age of 35 with who want to look and feel their best. 

I have included cardio sessions in your app. I do recommend doing two cardio sessions a week no matter what your goal.
