WHAT IS ATHLETIC LEAN
As we get older we spend more time sitting and less time moving, playing sports and generally being active. We spend most of our day sitting or in an anterior dominant position and as such over time we develop muscle imbalances. As a female you may also have spent years picking up and looking after kids while putting yourself second.
These imbalances both in lifestyle and movements can lead to injuries, illnesses, low energy levels or simply not feeling great or being able to perform at your best.
This is why I developed Athletic Lean specifically for females. There are some keys specific difference in how females should train in compared to me. This includes everything from exercise selection to volume of work and required rest. Area that need more attention are hips, thighs and triceps specifically while also paying attention to delts (not traps), back and abdominals.
The programs within Athletic Lean take these issues into account and focus on you moving, feeling and looking better.

AL 2.0 includes programming of a more advanced nature that require good at least a years experience. They will keep you interested and challenged.
