As world number one Scottie Scheffler has stated, most amateur golfers can not reach their full potential simply because they are unable to get into the correct positions needed to hit their shots. Mobility training is key. You need to move well to play well.
2. IMPROVE STABILITY

You need the stability to put the power through your body, the ground and into the club and ball.
3. BUILD STRENGTH
Strength training is fundamental for all sports and golf is no different. It is the physical attribute that makes everything better. Strength means more control and more power so you will hit further and more accurately.
4. DEVLOP POWER
Club head speed along with the ability to use the ground is fundamental reaching your potential. Developing power in the gym will 100% cross over to the course and compliement your game.
GOLF SPECIFIC TRAINING
With over 30 years coaching experience along with qualifications in Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning as well as being a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Coach I understand what it takes to be a great athlete and in particular a great golfer.
Each program has been designed to into consideration the four key qualities you need in the gym to complement your skills training and take your game to the next level. Stability, Mobility, Strength and Power.
You need to train differently than most people in the gym who are there to build muscle and look good. We need to ensure everything you do is functional and while it will still help you build muscle and look good we need to train for “go” not just for “show” if we are to get your handicap down.
PROGRAMS
MOVE WELL PLAY WELL
12 weeks of programming suitable for both men and women with a strong emphasis on mobility exercises and training through a full range of motion.
These programs will have you swinging more freely and allow you to get into the positions you need to be to improve and even perfect your swing.
- Three progressive programs training 3 x a week
- Daily stretch routines
- Detailed training app including the ability to log all your training, videos on how to do each exercise as well as the hub for all your ongoing education
- Healthy nutrition recommendations including what to eat during and after a game to optimise your results while still enjoying time with friends and family
LOOK GOOD PLAY GOOD
12 weeks of programming for those who want to look good both on and off the course. There are different programs for men and women within this option. They are developed to build muscle and performance with what is called functional hypertrophy based programming.
- Three progressive programs training 4 x a week.
- Functional hypertrophy for building muscle and improving performance
- Detailed training app including the ability to log all your training, videos on how to do each exercise as well as the hub for all your ongoing education
- Healthy nutrition recommendations including what to eat during and after a game to optimise your results while still enjoying time with friends and family
GET STRONG HIT LONG
Build a strong and structurally sound physique that will enable you to put unbelievable power into your shots when ever you choose to do so. With increased strength also comes a better feel for each shot and nothing is forced but rather your shots become effortless and you touch around the greens also improve. Improving your strength will improve every aspect of you game but in particular the length off the tee. Programs are suitable for both men and women.
- Combination of Strength Based Training and Accessory plus Mobility Work to ensure you Get Strong and still move freely.
- Three progressive programs training 3 to 4 x a week suitable for both men and women
- Healthy nutrition recommendations including what to eat during and after a game to optimise your results while still enjoying time with mates
- Healthy Living Recipe Book with over 150 tasty and easy to prepare meals along with examples of what to eat each week
POWER PLAY
Learn the advanced training methods to take your game to the next level with undeniable power. Power is about not only becoming stronger but knowing how to apply that strength with precision and control. The advanced training methods and exercise will elevate your game like never before. Programs are suitable for both men and women.
- Advanced training programs, exercises and methods along with mobility and cardio routines to take your game to the next level.
- Three progressive programs training 3 x a week including strength, functional hypertrophy as well and speed and power days.
- Healthy nutrition recommendations including what to eat during and after a game to optimise your results while still enjoying time with mates
- Healthy Living Recipe Book with over 150 tasty and easy to prepare meals along with examples of what to eat each week
There are no excuses as to why you can’t perform, look and feel amazing come summer and beyond.
