In person training as the name suggests is working with me 1:1 at my Training Studio in the Northern Suburbs of Perth Western Australia.
With over 30 years experience and having helped hundreds of clients and mentored dozens of coaches to get some incredible results I can guarantee we will get you where you want to be.
You will get my undivided attention in the gym as well as the knowledge of exactly what you need to do before our next session. You will also receive a large part of the educational library that has been designed to ensure unparalleled success for the online clients.
Check ins are done online while physical measurements are done every second week to ensure you are on track.
