STILL NOT SURE? 

The program starts relatively easily and the intensity is determined by how heavy you lift so even if you are a beginner you will be fine. If you are experienced it will seem like a deload and probably do you good. You need to apply progressive overload (so increase what you do each week) and the programs get more challenging every two weeks. It will challenge you but you will love that.

The only failure is not giving it a go. You get to rate how you went at the end of each week and the goal is to be hitting 100% by the end of the six weeks. It’s not where you start that counts, it is where you finish!

Then when? In reality, NOW is the perfect time. You just need to prioritise you. The only “time” you need is the time set aside for training. If you can’t find 60 min a day to prioritise yourself then you need to really sort you shit out. You can not be who you want to be for and to those around you if you can not help yourself first become the best version of you.

No. YOU determine how hard you go. I have over 40 years of training experience and have trained with my clients as they do these programs. If anything I die more than they do as I am lifting a lot heavier but sticking to the TEMPO’s and rest periods makes it evry challenging.
